James expertly built a trading bot to my specifications. There was a difference in the NinjaTrader software at how it handled some of my automated orders in simulation vs live-trading and James created a simple solution to handle the discrepancy. More impressive was James’ infinite patience and unwavering professionalism as we communicated back and forth via email until the trading bot was fine tuned and working well.
