I've been working with James now at Trading Coders for several months and on several Ninjatrader indicator and strategy development projects.
I've found him easy to work with and flexible with meeting requests. He works quickly and gets the product to me in timely fashion. His code is clean (I'm an ex-sofware engineer) and he knows what he is doing. I can tell he is an experienced Ninja developer by the implementation of the specs, the speed of delivery, and the quality of the code. If there does happen to be a bug, he fixes it quickly.
